Ann Woosencraft-Keeler

Ann Woosencraft-KeelerAnn Woosencraft-Keeler, MSW, LCSW, is a therapist/social worker with 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and family populations.
She earned a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1998. Prior to joining Aro Behavioral Health, Ann worked at Rogers Memorial Hospital as therapist/social worker, serving inpatient child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric units. She has also worked with the Family Services Unit of Washington County Department of Social Services as Senior Social Worker; and with the Lutheran Social Services Youth Treatment Center as therapist/social worker. Ann has special expertise in treating clients with mental health issues resulting from depression, eating disorders, sexual abuse, and trauma.

Dr. Jay Allen, Ph.D

Dr. Jay Allen, Ph.DDr. Jay Allen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and went on to do the PWO program at Adelphia University, New York.
He completed his internship in minority mental health in a community setting in San Francisco. Dr. Jay Allen has over 20 years of experience in mental health issues. He has extensive experience with adolescents, having worked in alternative high schools and drug programs for many years in New York City. This has been his focus, since returning to the area, in addition to his work with families, couples, and those with AODA and PTSD issues. Although eclectic, his primary therapeutic orientation is the use of rational/emotive behavioral therapy.

Dr. Lura Asby, Psy.D

Dr. Lura Asby, Psy.DDr. Lura Asby, Psy.D., received her doctoral degree in psychology in 1999 from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.
She has been practicing psychology for over 15 years. Lura's specialties include eating disorders, geriatrics, and couple's therapy. Her primary role with Aro Behavioral Healthcare is staff training and development.

Dr. Thomas J. Speaker

Dr. Thomas J. SpeakerDr. Thomas J. Speaker, PhD, MSW, LCSW, CADC III, Psychotherapist and AODA Counselor, has over 26 years of professional experience in community mental health and substance abuse fields.
He counsels adolescents, adults, couples and families coping with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and addictions, including sexual addiction and compulsive gambling. Dr. Speaker has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Services from Columbia Pacific University (1986), CA, he has been a Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor since 1981; and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1985. He is also a Licensed Clinical Professional counselor in Illinois. Dr. Speaker's include treatment of sex offenders, substance abuse, corrections clients, cognitive intervention, anger management, and trauma issues. He practices cognitive-behavioral therapy and is an action-oriented therapist who uses techniques such as journaling, role-playing, and letter writing. Dr. Speaker has also had a great deal of experience working with adolescents. He has designed and implemented a domestic violence program in response to a request from the Washington County District Attorney's Office. This program currently operates on Mondays at the Aro Behavioral West Bend clinic.

Dwain Berry

Dwain BerryDwain Berry is the Director of Business Development for all Aro clinics. He is an AODA Counselor and a Certified Batterer Treatment Provider. He is also a licensed Ordained Minister and Pastor and has a BA in Urban Ministry. He graduated from the Industrial Area Foundation in 2002, where he studied marketing and the development of powerful organizations. He also graduated from the African American Fund Development Institute in 2005, where he studied fundraising and marketing. He also has a strong background in program development and needs assessment.
Dwain brings over 20 years of experience in managing outpatient and inpatient AODA/Mental Health Treatment programs. He has worked as a community organizer since age 16, organizing around issues such as patient's rights, affordable health care for all, low-cost prescription drugs, treatment vs. incarceration, and quality education for all. He has raised over 1.5 million dollars for after-school programs.
Dwain's greatest joy is spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren and working with youth in the community. Dwain also loves fishing, walking, reading, and going on long drives in the country.

Ember Beck

Ember BeckEmber Beck, MS, LPC specializes in crisis intervention, recovery principles, identity issues, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, personality disorders, and spirituality.
She graduated in Psychology in 1985 and four years later, in 1989, received her certification in Interpreting, both from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was awarded an MS in Educational Psychology in 1998 by the same university. In 1997-1998, she participated in the SA Navy Hospital's Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. She has varied and extensive experience in clinical psychology, having worked for 5 years in CSP and 4 years in OP settings. She works with adolescents, 15 years and older, adults, and geriatric populations, and provides group therapy on spirituality, multicultural, and life skill issues. Her specialties include severe and persistent multicultural issues and anxiety/panic disorders.

George M. Wysor

George M. WysorGeorge M. Wysor, CADC III, is a counselor with 10 years of experience in mental health, substance abuse and relapse prevention counseling.
George is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and is Alcohol and Drug Counselor certified. Additionally, he is therapeutic community certified, has a certification in Anger Resolution Therapy from Anger Resolution Inc. He is also a board-certified hypnotherapist. He also attended classes at the University of Texas, Arlington, toward a degree in Social Work. Before joining Aro Behavioral Healthcare, George was Outpatient Program Director at Summersky Treatment Center, Stephenville, TX, where he designed and built up the outpatient program from the ground up. George has also counseled adults in individual and group sessions. He has provided in-unit mental health and substance abuse counseling to inmates of Tarrant County Jail. George is fluent in Spanish. He is committed to using his expertise to help people, he and loves the challenge of working in the difficult area of relapse prevention.

Greg Betlej

Greg BetlejGreg Betlej, LCSW, LPC, has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology, and a master's in Educational Psychology.
He has been awarded the AAS degree in General Education and has completed two postgraduate courses in Psychology at Marquette University. He has had experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and AODA facilities. Greg has completed the first semester at VA as well as at the DVR office. He is a regular participant in yearly training programs on various topics, such as ethical practices under different State laws. Greg has been a psychotherapist since 1991. He has vast knowledge of several areas of mental health and has written many articles on the subject in local newspapers. His specialties include men's issues, mood disorders (depression, anxiety, and panic), marriage issues and couples' counseling, EAP consultation, grief and loss, and Vietnam war veterans. Greg's populations include the mentally ill, as well as the physically, mentally, and developmentally disabled, primarily adults, although he does see older adolescents, 16 to 18 years of age. He provides group counseling mainly on issues such as depression, panic disorders, stress management, middle age problems, and grief and loss. His areas of expertise are stress management, health issues, psychology, wellness, and spirituality.

Katherina Murawski

Katherina MurawskiKatherine Murawski is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Clinical Supervisor with over 30 years of experience in the counseling field.
She has also completed the nursing program at MATC, and practiced as an LPN. Currently, Kathy is the Clinic Director at the Aro Counseling Centers Greenfield and Oak Creek locations. She enjoys working with the elderly, and has 15 years of experience with this population, including elderly clients with severe physical problems associated with substance abuse. Kathy works with adolescent and adult substance abuse programs at both Aro locations. She also specializes in women's programs addressing gender specific issues, recovery topics, living skills, and family issues. Kathy is very familiar with the community resources, and has established solid relationships with human services agencies in Milwaukee County. She participates in multiple county programs, including WrapAround, First Time Juvenile Offenders, the Voucher Program, TANF, and more.

Linda Tiso

Linda TisoLinda Tiso, MSW, LCSW, CADC, earned her master's degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1991.
Her specialties include mood disorders, adjustment disorders, domestic violence, anger management, disruptive behavior, disorders of adolescents, and depression.

Mike Seeley

Mike SeeleyMike Seeley, MS, MSW, LCSW, has over 20 years of experience in marital, individual, dual diagnosis, behavioral disorder, and family treatment/foster care counseling.
He has a BA in Psychology and an MSSW in Social Work. He has military experience, and has experience in therapy with military families and veterans. Mike's specialties include multicultural, couples, individual, depression, anxiety, dissociative disorder, bipolar, brief therapy, behavior modification, and dual diagnosis. His preferred groups are families, couples, familial mood/anxiety disorders, behavior disorders of childhood, schizophrenia, dual diagnosis, and posttraumatic stress.

Roger Blanchard

Roger BlanchardRoger Blanchard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
He holds a master's degree in social work from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. Roger has received training in couple's communication, ADHD, attachment disorders, etc., and has led workshops in play therapy, in association with his wife, on couple communication and marriage preservation and enrichment. He has over 20 years' experience in the mental health field in hospital and residential treatment settings, including a stint in the nonprofit sector with Lutheran Counseling and Family Services. Aro clients benefit from his range of talents in the course of his work with the family Steps Program and a caseload that includes children, couples, families, and individuals. Roger is skilled in play therapy and works with children and their families on adjustment problems, attention deficit, conduct and behavioral disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, marital issues, divorce, etc. His specialties include couple's communication, divorce adjustment, children adoption issues, blended families, and issues of faith. He provides group counseling on couple communication, divorce adjustment, loss grieving, adoption, marriage and family enrichment, and faith issues. His relational style provides a safe atmosphere for individuals to address depression, anxiety, grief and faith issues. Clients often refer others as a result of his particular interest in working with couples having difficulties with communication, life transitions, divorce adjustment, or relational programs.

Vera Harris

Vera HarrisVera Harris, MSW, LCSW, CADC, earned her master's degree in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Vera has experience working at outpatient treatment facilities, homeless shelters for families, and in-home counseling. Her primary duties at Aro Behavioral Healthcare include implementing psychosocial and AODA assessments, diagnosing and developing treatment plans, conducting individual, group, family, and child counseling. Her areas of experience include anxiety, depression, behavior modification, trauma, child abuse victims, and AODA groups.
